Salted Smoked Herring Fillets

Herring is a smaller fish, also native to the North Atlantic Ocean. After processing it is salted and naturally smoked for a rich, smoky flavour. Herring is a natural source of Omega-3 fatty acids. Smoked herring can also be a substitute for anchovies.
